Aleksei Archer is an imposing and multifaceted American model and actress who has a birthplace in New York. The television personalities celebrate a birthday celebration on the 14th of August. Her birthplace was St. Louis before moving to New York City a short time later. She graduated with an art history degree at Barnard College in 1991. She was an apprentice for An American Place, a restaurant in the City of New York for one year. Guarnaschelli started her cooking career prior to that, as she was watching her mom test recipes as she edited books at home. She worked as a sous chef under Larry Forgione and then at various restaurants in New York France and Los Angeles such as Guy Savoy's La Butte Chaillot. Guarnaschelli eventually became the the executive chef of Butter. Guarnaschelli is a Food Network Iron Chef America contestant who competed with Cat Cora for the Farmers Market Battle of 2007 during Iron Chef America. Since then, she has participated at the show's guest judges. She also took part in The Next Iron Chef Season Four in 2011, where she finished third. Also, she participated on The Food Network Challenge Ultimate Thanksgiving Feast episode and lost the event. She was a sous-chef for Iron chef Geoffrey Zakarian after the fourth season of The Next Iron Chef. In 2008, she was the host of The Food Network's The Cooking Loft with Alex Guarnaschelli in which she instructs an intimate group of students in the art of teaching them to reimagine classic recipes.
